Screen Printing (also known as silk-screen, screen, serigraphy, and serigraph printing) is a printing method where ink is passed through a stencilled screen using a blade or squeegee.
We use this method mainly for aluminium labels as the ink is sealed in the pores of the aluminium to leave a finish that is impervious to pretty much anything, although many other flat materials are suitable to be screen printed on.
Screen Printing is more suited to longer print runs but can be tailored to your individual requirements.
Engraving is the process of cutting text or an image into a hard, usually flat surface. Using state of the art equipment, we are able to engrave into pieces up to 1500mm square.
The engraved marking can then be infilled with an enamel paint if required. We can engrave most metals and plastics.
We have large-format digital printing equipment that allows us to print on a wide range of materials to any size that you require.
This process is used to create full-colour imagery on banners, signs, vehicle wraps, exhibition equipment and POS. We print using eco solvent inks and laminate using UV stable laminates to keep them in great condition for the longest possible time.
Our CAD-CAM plotter uses a swivel knife to cut thin materials such as paper, Mylar or vinyl. Computer controller software ensures cuts are accurate and repeatable.
The only limit to what we can produce on this machine is your imagination.
This equipment is used to manufacture a large variety of stickers and decals.
Laser engraving or laser marking is the practice of using lasers to engrave or mark an object. This is a non-contact marking method, requiring no inks or dyes.
The most common materials used are multi-ply plastics, where the top layer is engraved through to reveal the colour of the lower layers. Metals can also be marked with a black permanent mark.
Ideal for short runs, it is particularly suited for UID (Unique Part Identification).
Embroidery is the process by which a design is sewn onto a garment using a computerised embroidery machine. For the ultimate professional finish, we use modern embroidery equipment giving your garments a highly professional, long lasting finish.
